Area of Concentration
As a Director at global X, Tony brings 27 years tax experience in both the public and private accounting sectors. His attention will be focused on the growing use of state tax credits, particularly state low income housing tax credits, as a means for corporate tax payers to participate in socially responsible projects while lowering their corresponding state tax burden. Tony will serve as an integral partner in the formation of the global X southeastern market.

Prior Experience
Tony’s extensive professional experience includes 17 years as a tax practitioner in public accounting and ten years as a Chief Financial Officer in the private sector. As a Certified Public Accountant, Tony has worked for Touche Ross (now Deloitte and Touche) and BDO Seidman, as well as served as the managing partner of an Atlanta CPA firm for eleven years. While at BDO Seidman, Tony was a national instructor for the CPA Continuing Professional Education program and authored several articles on various topics of Taxation, in addition to a textbook on Taxation for WG&L.
